Sound delaying increasingly

Hi,
I have had some sort of issues with pulseaudio and my sound card. Let me explain the situation. One day the integrated sound system of my motherboard started acting weird, after exploring a few solutions, I decided to buy a new sound card supposed to work on Linux : It's a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Fx card. I had some rough time trying to make it work on Archlinux, it appears that it ended to work using Pulseaudio and some 32bits alsa libs, I don't remember exactly but whatever.

So the last issue is : When I'm playing sound for quite some time, for example a Youtube video, the sound starts to gain delay. At the the beginning it's perfectly synchronized, but after ~10min of watching the sound has like 1 or 2 minutes latency. Same for games or other few apps.
Also the delay resets itself when closing all apps playing sound (registered to pulseaudio I guess). But it redoes the same thing after a few minutes if I started watching another video.

I must add I don't have this issue on Ubuntu 16.04. (I think I had the problem on Ubuntu, but was fixed when changing the calculating a new sample rate configuration adapted to my card). I this same pulseaudio sample configuration on Archlinux, but no success.
I tried quite a lot of things to get rid of this problem, but really can't figure out what is causing this. And it's quite annoying and frustrating...

Creative and "works well on linux" are two things that usually don't match.

That said, while you went into anecdotal detail about configuration you apparently did, unless you provide us with the configuration you are using, there's nothing we can do but guesswork. Therefore can you post any configuration files you adjusted? Can you post

pacmd list-cards
pacmd list-sinks
pacmd list-sink-inputs

Repost the last two at the start of a listening session and after you notice a delay. During the whole listening session, keep a terminal open somewhere and run

journalctl -f --user-unit=pulseaudio

and post any output that might be printed there as well

Post all outputs and the contents of the configuration  files in [ code ] tags.

Also, I have done these tests with pulseaudio default configuration (doesn't to make a difference using my custom Ubuntu one). However there are the adjustments I did :

default-sample-rate=44096
default-fragments = 2
default-fragment-size-msec = 125
resample-method = src-sinc-best-quality
default-sample-format = float32ne
nice-level = -20

One more thing, the trick I use to reset the latency is to turn off and back on the audio card in pulseaudio configuration panel.
