Hello everyone I recently purchased an ergo touchpad so that I could use along a Kinesis keyboard. Problem is that although the device is recognized when plugged in, Im unable to get any functionality out of it. I plugged it onto a windows machine and it worked there so I ruled out that the product came defective out of box. I also tried connecting it to the latest ubuntu and manjaro distros but get the same messages (will post below). Ive also tried plugging it into the other usb ports, as well as it being the only usb device connected on boot with no luck.
My Machine Model: 4236JH6 ThinkPad T420
My current kernel version: 4.8.13-1-ARCH
This is my dmesg right after boot without the touchpad being plugged in.
