Cannot enable bluetooth : No Bluetooth adapters have been found.

kde bluetoothevil display : No Bluetooth adapters have been found.

I have installed bluez and bluez-utils.

I have try modprobe btusb.

I also tried systemctl:

 systemctl status bluetooth
 bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)

bluetoothctl stuck at this.

[yat@yat626 ~]$ bluetoothctl
[bluetooth]# nnect to bluetoothd...
