Is There a List of Repos?

I guess this has been asked before, but my search didn't turn up the answer.
I know the installed /etc/pacman.conf has URLs to various repos. But, surely these sites don't persist forever? So, is there a list of current active repos? Or is there a Pacman command that returns current active repos?

How do I know that my /etc/pacman.conf has correct entries?

The official repos and URLs are updated with the pacman package. Search the wiki for unofficial repos.
