Some key bindings no longer work after upgrading xf86-input-libinput

Keys like Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F7 no longer work, but weirdly keys like  Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Insert works.
No issue related to this can be found Libinput BugList.
Anyone with the same issue?
