[SOLVED] Only partial scaling with QHD display on GNOME

I installed Arch with GNOME on Dell XPS 13 QHD and everything worked fine out of until I decided to test how thing would look in native resolution. I disabled scaling with dconf by setting it to 1 and everything was ok but when I tried to turn scaling back on some parts of gnome did not scale.

The buttons from right upper menu do not scale

The application menu bar and search box do not scale

Also some icons and random stuff stopped scaling in various places. I also noticed that when I logout the power icon is scaled properly so could this be some user related setting?
Any ideas what could cause this and what can I do to fix it?

edit

Solution:

I removed ~/.config/dconf/user file and scaling went back to normal.
