Lenovo U31-70 Wifi

Hey guys.
So i got this laptop over a year ago. I tried to jump on linux but no one had Wifi drivers working.
After some months i could get it to work when messing arround with the binaries.

Last month I got bored (and i had to work with my laptop) and installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

The thing is: now I got back to arch and my drivers work with WICD but with NetworkManager it connects when I boot my PC, but when I want to change the hotspot, it completly breaks: does not connect, only shows my last connection, etc..  in Ubuntu it worked out of the box. (Sometimes the applet was a bit laggy).

In Arch i tried several tweaks to the binaries, including THIS. Everytime I mess with it, I end up reinstalling the linux-firmware package.

Can anyone help me?

$ uname -a

Linux slave1 4.8.13-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Dec 9 07:24:34 CET 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ lspci | grep Network
