gpg check signatures no output

Hi guys,

I have a problem with gpg. If I do

$ gpg --edit-key <my-id>
... my key information ...

gpg> check

gpg>

I only get an empty line. This should print all
signatures on the key. If I open kgpg from KDE
it shows all signatures correctly. So why is it
not printing any information? What do I miss?

gnupg version 2.1.17-4 is installed

# .gnupg/gpg.conf
no-greeting
default-recipient-self
require-cross-certification
keyserver-options auto-key-retrieve
default-key <my-id>
encrypt-to <my-id>
use-agent
# .gnupg/gpg-agent.conf
enable-ssh-support

Thanks for your help!

Re: gpg check signatures no output

Why do you think it should print signatures?

Re: gpg check signatures no output

That's the purpose of the command I think?
https://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x56.html
at the very bottom shows what should be the output.

EDIT: I know my key has at least 3 signatures from other people
