Nvidia GPU Passthrough Flickering

I was hoping that someone has dealt with this issue before, and can shed some light for me. I have a Windows 10 VM and I've successfully passed my Nvidia 980ti. I have followed the Arch wiki and made the necessary tweaks like CPU pinning. However when I launch a game, lets just say Bastion, I get some artifacts and flickering. It will get to the point where I'll have lines running across the screen making the game very hard to play. If anyone has any recommendations that would be appreciated, and below are my system settings.

# Specs #
- Host
OS = Arch 4.8.13
CPU=Intel 6700K
GPU= Nvidia 670
GPU Drivers = 375.26
Libvirt = 2.4.0
QEMU = 2.8.0
- Guest
OS = Windows 10 x64
Firmware = OVMF UEFI
Chipset = i440FX
CPU = Host Passthrough
GPU = Nvidia 980ti
GPU Drivers = 378.49

If you're going to bump, as that is prohibited, then at least add new information or new things you've tried.  If you do that then the bump itself tends to get overlooked.
