I've setup arch on my USB - it seems to boot fine (running it on a MacBook Pro). I followed the installation guide up to internet - but I don't have a wired connection. when I look for connections, none are found.
my card
Bcm4331 802.11a/b/g/n (rev02)some lsmod
lsmod | grep b43b43 401408 0Mac80211 61440 1 b43ssb 61440 1 b43(there was also a cfg in the last grep, but I didn't write it down - let me know if it is important and I'll boot back into arch for it.)
searching in the blacklist produced empty results - doesn't appear b43 is blacklisted in modprobe.d
I'm pretty new to unpacking firmware etc, so I'm not sure what to do. I found the b43-fwcutter file somewhere in /usr/lib, but when I attempted to use with other examples I saw (admittedly not only just on arch) I get a MD5 checksum error.
Thanks in advance!

You need to install b43-firmware.

It seems all the pages for installing it require an internet connection.
Can I install it from my mac? if so - where do I put it in the file structure on my USB?
I need some more detailed advice than that.
I have the b43-firmware (PKGBUILD and b43-firmware.install) but not sure how to use them as they are just sitting on my mac.
