[SOLVED] usb 1-1.1: string descriptor 0 read error: -22.

I see this: usb 1-1.1: string descriptor 0 read error: -22 at boot and at shutdown after every fresh install, regardless of there being any usb plugged into my laptop and then OS doesn't bootup, its just stuck there. Please help me I need to finish my capstone project and I'm stuck with this problem.
