I had first installed mate desktop and mate-extras which I then moved to KDE/plasma I wanted to give it a try. Soon after encountering issue after issue few other reasons I didn't like it much either I decided to move back to MATE.
on mate desktop when I press something like in caja -> help -> contents it throws empty menu and this error log comes: http://ix.io/1RtP and screenshot how it looks: http://i.imgur.com/O8DQX4K.png
Some other strange issues I found after reinstalling mate was adwaita is gone: http://i.imgur.com/Tg9bw3k.png and when using alsi it says "window manager: unknown" it seems that neofetch and such report it correctly.. http://i.imgur.com/FMMnj7H.png neofetch: http://i.imgur.com/qewqVFt.png
I've tried to install adwaita from gnome-themes-standard and I did try to install mesa drivers again if it would fix the issue of empty help contents.. but I believe I was in wrong path there?
