How install KDE Develop?

Did possible install KDE Develop something like this: "pacman -Sf kdedevelop"?

It's called KDevelop, so to install with pacman, it's 'pacman -S kdevelop'.

pacman -Ss [string] is the search function and if you did 'pacman -Ss kde develop' I expect it would have discovered kdevelop.
