Network stop working on ac change

Hi,

When I connect or disconnect ac cable  I can't browse internet anymore.
Network manager is still showing that everything is fine. Disconnecting from network and connecting again fix the problem.
What can I check?
There is no problem with suspend.

My laptop is Thinkpad T410 with network card:

00:19.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation 82577LM Gigabit Network Connection [8086:10ea] (rev 06)

Thanks

Is there anything printed in the systemd journal after you {dis,}connect?

I have removed tlp and now problem is gone but probably time on batter will be worse.
