Left click drag moves window in KDE,can I stop it ?

I am using plasma5, with no desktop effekts or so, need to disable this behavior (moving by clicking in some area of the window starts draging)... did not find any setting in the settingcenter that works ...

i found this :

but plasma5 uses breeze and i can call breeze-settings5 but there is also no setting for disabling

System Settings -> Application Style -> (Widget Style and Behaviour) - Configure -> Windows' drag mode?
