Gnome - Dash in the Unity style under Gnome

Hello, here is, I do not want to install the complete project Unity for Arch or copy the entire Unity interface under Archlinux.

I just want to know if it is possible to download a package or extension to have just the dash in Unity style. That is to say the icons in bubbles and also the button "Show applications" with the Archlinux logo.

Otherwise, second question. I know how to program in C ++ and I use Qt very often for some of my software, is it a good base to be able to program a interface under Linux? Are there good tutorials for this?
In fact I would like to contribute to the development of office environment

I'd say check out the Dash to Dock Gnome extension.
