SDDM (again) no external monitor detection at boot time

Hello.
Here is my story.
External monitor (Samsung SA850 1920x1200) connected to my laptop (DELL E5470 Intel VGA, display 1920x1080) via HDMI(laptop) <->DVI (display)
1) When sddm starts login screen appears only on laptop display with low resolution. The external monitor shown "NO SIGNAL".
2) After logged in I have checked the output of kscreen-doctor.
It show that external motor connected and enabled:

Output: 66 eDP-1 enabled connected  Panel Modes: 74:1920x1080@60*!> 75:1920x1080@48 76:1400x1050@60 77:1280x1024@60 78:1280x960@60 79:1024x768@120 80:1024x768@60 81:960x720@120 82:928x696@120 83:896x672@120 84:800x600@120 85:800x600@60 86:800x600@56 87:700x525@120 88:640x512@120 89:640x480@120 90:640x480@60 91:512x384@120 92:400x300@121 93:400x300@113 94:320x240@120 Geometry: 1920,0 1920x1080
Output: 67 DP-1 disabled disconnected  DisplayPort Modes: Geometry: 0,0 0x0
Output: 68 HDMI-1 enabled connected primary HDMI Modes: 100:1440x900@60 101:1280x800@60 102:1152x864@75 103:1024x768@75 104:1024x768@70 105:832x624@75 106:800x600@72 107:800x600@75 108:640x480@75 109:640x480@73 110:640x480@67 111:720x400@70 77:1280x1024@60 78:1280x960@60 80:1024x768@60 85:800x600@60 86:800x600@56 90:640x480@60 95:1920x1200@60*!

But there is still "no signal"

3)  To make all things good I have to re-connect display to laptop.
4) This problem occurs only at boot or relogin time, suspend/hibernate and resume - ok

I already have tried previous version of sddm (0.13), but it fixes only resolution problem.

I have lost any hope to fix it by mysefl could anyone help.
Thanks
