Can't install dotnet-cli

Hi
I get those errors when trying to install dotnet cli

CMake Error at src/pal/src/configure.cmake:1265 (message):
  Cannot find liblttng-ust-dev.  Try installing liblttng-ust-dev (or the
  appropriate packages for your platform)
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  src/pal/src/CMakeLists.txt:12 (include)

How do i get that library?
I couldn't find it in any package

Read comments on aur page, the package is not maintained, but you will find alternatives in comments.
