NetworkManager service error after computer shutdown while updating

Yesterday I was performing an update, and the computer suddenly shutdown due to a power shutdown. Now power has returned but NetworkManager is giving me an error when tries to start the service.

systemctl status NetworkManager.service gives me an exit code error status=127

I tried to downgrade to last NetworkManager package in /var/cache/pacman/pkg but the error persists
