[Solved]Fatal Error: OpenGL GLX extension not supported by display

Hello Arch Users,

I have problem running my application specifically Steam can't solve it anymore. I googled it everywhere but can't find any solution yet so I came here badly need your help.

So Opening steam on terminal this came up

Recently I updated my packages and after downloading the packages one of the instructions ask me to remove

/usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so

so I did after that my steam won't open I dont know if that help the problem showing up.

Try to reinstall xorg-server. That said I have no recollection of pacman output instructing anyone to remove files tracked by pacman.

Ok so I did the reinstall xorg-server  it did solve the problem . big_smile . Edit: actually it did not instruct instead it said that it cant continue to install that certain "pkg" halting the upgrading. unless i remove that file. So anyway thank you very much. Sir R00KIE . Now im going back to my hobby big_smile thank you again I mark it SOLVED ! at least for me
