No Sounds on Archlinux

Hello guys i have installed archlinux its awesome but 
i found there is no sound i have installed alsa and still have no
sounds on my own distro can you help me

Sometimes happened that changing volume settings (sliders) can somehow mute the sound.
Usually alsa restarting has helped.
