Static libraries for libstdc++ and glibc

Hi, I need to compile a program that requires static libraries for libstdc++ and glibc. Seems like I can't find static libraries for them either in AUR or official repository. Should I reinstall my c/c++ compilers or do I just recompile my program with some static flag on? Can anyone help me with it? Thanks in advance!
