I've been using Btsync-1.4 for some time and I have it installed several places on my network. So, switching to something else would be a real pain. I was doing a reinstall this weekend (I had 32-bit Arch on a netbook) and I found that, at least this weekend, the Btsync-1;4 installation isn't working for me. However, when I was looking at Btsync-1.4, I ran across Resillo sync (rslsync). Is this just a renamed Btsync-1.4? Is it compatible with Btsync-1.4?

rslsync is btsync it was renamed some time ago. I switched my NB a few weeks ago just install rslsync and change the paths and filenames accordingly. (btsync -> rslsync)

Functionally I'm sure you're correct but, I'd really prefer to do that on the one system I need to reinstall on. I suppose I could try it and find out. I may be forced to go that route anyway. The reason the btsync-1.4 install fails is that it can't download http://syncapp.bittorrent.com/1.4.111/b … 111.tar.gz. That might be a temporary situation but, it could also be that the link has been taken down intentionally.
