Nvidia Inspector ( with wine ) ?

Hi , I apologize by now if there is a no point for this question : I was wondering just to know if can be any possibility to use nvidia inspector under wine , to run games on the windows version of Steam , for example : nvidia inspector make nice works  for games that use directX 9 , and add more customizable options on the drivers , like to use supersample antialising . Do you think can be possible to use this ?
