When I have for example firefox and android studio opened, the windows freezes after some time (~5 minutes) and I can only use the 'minimize' 'maximize' 'X' buttons, but nothing more. I can launch new programs, but these windows have even those 3 buttons not working. I want to close Android Studio and i can press 'X' button, but cannot confirm by pressing then 'exit' button so I can only kill with Alt+F2 and pkill, but it doesn't make sense. the RAM usage is ~3GB/8GB and CPU ~5%, so it can't be the hardware problem (lack of memory, CPU overloaded). HDD usage is ~22%.
I use GNOME and since I've install Arch I've got this problem, but i until now I didn't have to use such programs so often. System is up to date.

Try whether it happens on "Gnome on Xorg" as well (select the session type in gdm)

It is supposed to do the job, but I need to be sure, so I'll mark topic as 'Solved' later.
EDIT: It helped. Thank you.
