Unable to login under Gnome Wayland [SOLVED]

I'm unable to load Gnome-shell under Wayland, it simple doesn't want to load the session and it loops in GDM.
When selecting X-session instead, the desktop loads fine.

EDIT: blacklisting radeon and installing xf86-video-amdgpu fixes the login issues.
Seems amdgpu is forced in the latest kernel.
