bluetooth problem after poweroff

Hello

I successfully configured my Bluetooth by make hcd files and else like there: http://askubuntu.com/a/539002/300665
It works when I do:

sudo modprobe -r btusb
sudo modprobe btusb

When restart it is still OK but when I do power off, and again power on computer then I must run this again to make Bluetooth working properly.

I don't know why this happens. Am I missed something ?
