Automounting 2 flash drives in /etc/fstab

There are 2 flash drives JetFlash 730 and JetFlash 700. Both usb 3.0 I mount both flash drives in different folders:

/dev/sdb1       /home/sergey/mymount/trb        exfat-fuse      rw,relatime,auto        0       0

/dev/sdc1      /home/sergey/mymount/trw        exfat-fuse      rw,relatime,auto        0       0

JetFlash 730 is mounted (/dev/sdc), but second flash JetFlash 700  (/dev/ sdb) is not detected, during the system loading and when system already loaded . if i remove and insert it, when the system is already loaded, it is determined.
Switching /dev/sdb1 or /dev/sdc1 on UUID does not help.
