I did google for your error, " (WW) glamor requires at least 128 instructions (64 reported)"

It appears that modesetting driver uses glamour, which is failing for your hardware.
Get xf86-video-intel and try again.

The problem is solved.

1. read

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/intel_graphics

2. install

pacman -Syu xf86-video-intel

3. create the conf file: /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf

Section "Device"

   Driver      "intel"

4. reboot
5. startx is ok
