Probability update mkinitcpio to 23-1 (and generate new image, before/after update linux to 4.10.2-1) caused the error in the kernel, which makes it impossible to decrypt files encrypted with AES, eg. using openssl.
Someone also has such a problem?

What problem? Please explain the errors you are getting. As is this doesn't make much sense. Do you need openssl to decrypt anything in your initramfs in order to boot? If not, how could mkinitcpio be relevant?

My mistake. I do not know how but the directory where I tried to decode the encrypted file (using openssl) changed permissions to read-only. I became it just after update mkinitcpio.
