Issues after recent update

Ok, so I've updated my host yesterday and it started to behave in a weird way. First of all, after waking from a sleep the lock screen freezes for about 20sec. Here is what dmesg says:

Secondly, wireless card can't establish connection after waking. The only thing that helps is to restart the corresponding kernel module (ath10k_pci). Here is dmesg:

What can I do to make everything working again?

P.S. also my elantech touchpad periodically loses sync (it persists for a long time) but it's another story (but if somebody would like to help I would be very grateful)

UPDATE: here is a full dmesg in case it would help to understand a context:
dmesg

Another update, this time journalctl that prints only warnings and errors:

Re: Issues after recent update

I have this same issue, and it started around the same time.  Screen freezes for a while upon waking up, and then no wireless.  Reloading `ath10k_pci` allows me to connect again as mentioned above.

Downgrading the kernel to 4.9.7 (the most recent I have in my cache from before the breaking update) fixes the issue.
