Hi all,
I have a zenbook pro with archlinux installed on it. I also have ASUS HZ-3A USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station but since it comes with windows drivers I cannot use it with full functionality. Actually the only functioning unit is the usb port(s). Other than that nothing works. Sound card stalls when I connect it to my laptop. The drivers are only for windows and automatically installs on a windows machine. How can I install these drivers? Or is there any other workaround?
Thanks!

Have a similar Asus docking station. Same issue on my dual boot laptop, works in Win10 but not Arch. Any ideas anyone?

docks seem like quite complicated devices to plug-and-play, as they function as a series of different devices.
when you plug in the dock, do a number of different devices appear (audio, video, USB ports, etc), or just one?

The USB works for the attached hard drives. Sound port doesn't work, and the video to external monitor is not working.
I have a WD15 dock as well, the sound works with that, but no video signal to external monitor.
