[kde-unstable] KDE Applications 17.04 beta

KDE Applications 17.04 beta is now available for testing in the [kde-unstable] repo (x86_64 only)

New applications: k3b
Ported to KF5: kajongg, kcachegring, kde-dev-utils, kdesdk-kioslaves
Removed: kommander, pim-storage-service-manager

As usual, you need to have [testing] enabled. Please test and report packaging issues to bugs.archlinux.org with the [kde-unstable] label, and upstream issues to bugs.kde.org

Not really kde-unstable specific, this is due to the openssl update. I've disabled the git plugin for now.

kio-gdrive can't be rebuilt in kde-unstable because it's in community.
