Trying to get my trackpad working

Hi, I'm trying to get my trackpad working on Arch Linux (latest) on my Jumper EZbook2. It's being picked up by Arch and I can even use some of the gestures (triple tap to open menu, triple swipe to switch apps, etc.) but I can't use the actual trackpad itself. It's also being picked up by settings but again, nothing I try there makes it actually function.
