Pipelight Installation Fails

Hello all!  I'm trying to get amazon video working.  When I try to install pipelight, I get the message

==> ERROR: Failure while downloading http://repos.fds-team.de/pluginloader/v … der.tar.gz
    Aborting...

Is there a way to use a different site?  Is this site up and down frequently?  Should I just try tomorrow?  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Michael

Re: Pipelight Installation Fails

Pipelight Wiki States the following at the top of the page:

"If you are here because you want to watch Netflix or Amazon Instant Videos, you do not need to install Silverlight/Pipelight. It is easier to install Firefox or google-chrome AUR, which include the Widevine content decryption plugin which satisfies Netflix's DRM requirements."

If you however really need pipelight, how are you installing it? Post the command and the output you are getting when you try to install pipelight. And use code tags please.

Regards
Martin

It is advised to follow the How to post guide when posting on the Arch forum. If one consciously jumps over these elementary steps like reading the wiki and providing necessary information about the problem, one can be regarded as a Help Vampire.

Re: Pipelight Installation Fails

You cut off the actual error, it's before what you posted.

This is getting less and less useful, though, as NPAPI support is being removed everywhere. Since your use-case is Amazon, why not just use Firefox or Chromium with chromium-widevine?
