You can see, that there is exactly 250 seconds delay, till Xorg continue to load.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. after this 250 secs delay, I can use the Digitizer without any problem.

Can I manually configure it? anyhow?

Thanks!

Don't bump your own thread:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … ct#Bumping
And don't be rude. People here are using their spare time to do support. If you can't find the time to wait a few hours for someone to pick up your thread, then I believe you won't get much help.

Does removing xf86-input-wacom help?

There may be support for your digitizer using libinput with no need for the xf86-input-wacom package.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

Re: Problems with Wacom Digitzer - X.org 5 minute delay till recognized

Sorry olegabrielz, my first question is unanswered from a year ago, similar problem to this here... wink

slithery, If I remove it, I have no working Pen at all :-(

I honestly want to find out, whats up with this 250 seconds. After every full boot, I get exactly this delay until X finally starts up.

If you need more infos, please let me know!

edit: Im actually trying to add the digitizer manually via xorg.conf & disable AutoAddDevices..
Cheers

Take a look at https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=166028. Similar hardware, although the thread is a bit old, maybe will give you a start.

This was how I was using mine originally, and never noticed that some functionality was missing (eraser, second button) without xf86-input-wacom.

If you don't have or need the additional buttons, then ensure the following are installed, and the stylus will work:

libinput
libwacom
xf86-input-libinput
