Mounting an iPhone

I have MATE running on Arch and I'm trying to mount an iPhone 6S Plus to transfer photos off of it. I tried using gvfs-afc, but when I connect to it, I get an empty mount. I tried mounting the iFuse way and it works, but it requires sudo. How do I make this mount automatically using gvfs?

Re: Mounting an iPhone

As I mentioned in the post, I sucessfully mounted the iPhone using iFuse. iFuse works, but my question was, how can I make this work using gvfs?

Re: Mounting an iPhone

Seems upstream libimobiledevice has trouble w/ iOS 10* - see https://github.com/libimobiledevice/lib … issues/445
