Cant start Steam with su for a different account.

My main goal is to achieve more than one steam running using other user accounts, but I can't quite seem to get steam to start with su. If I log into the account then steam starts up but only for that account. I've tried googling this and I can't get a good answer that solves my problem. I can get this running on ubuntu but I want to move away from that and into arch. Pacman -Syu doesnt solve it and steam works perfectly fine on one account as well as playing games.
Here is the commands run as well as the output

 [julianacat@Julian-ArchLinux ~]$ xhost +
access control disabled, clients can connect from any host
[julianacat@Julian-ArchLinux ~]$ sudo su - bot1 steam

This will not work because Steam will not allow it, see Can multiple users play simultaneously on one Steam account? & Can I use multiple Steam accounts on one computer?

It is advised to follow the How to post guide when posting on the Arch forum. If one consciously jumps over these elementary steps like reading the wiki and providing necessary information about the problem, one can be regarded as a Help Vampire.

I don't have steam running on my main user account, just trying to start with su on a different account without my own running. and as I've stated above, I have this gotten this to work on ubuntu so its possible unless steam has put guards specifically against arch linux.
