I stopped using Arch for a few days but now I'm back. After a re-install, I fixed many of my problems including flash, ttf-ms-fonts, and sudo. Now I just have two questions:
1. I installed the packages nessesary for DRI on ATI Radeon cards. I just ran glxgears -info and I am getting about 700 fps and I am using Mesa still. Is this normal and I have "radeon" in my xorg.conf.
2. Are there any extra repositories for Arch ?
Thank you.

if you run glxinfo and have the direct rendering: yes, than your fps is normal according to your card

I'm also back on arch after a break and I installed the new ati-fglrx drivers and the related util package. I think I might have direct rendering working fine - but since I don't seem to have glxinfo/gears on my path (or installed) I can;t be certain...
Do I need to install another package? What am I missing?

Glxgears has been moved over to mesa-apps.
# pacman -S mesa-apps
