Probing (edd=off disabled)...OK "ERROE" When booting arch from USB

Hello , I recently decided to give Arch a try so when I try to boot (LEGACY ENABLED) screen stuck at the error (probing edd=off),
And when I disable legacy I get black screen ,
What should I do in order to boot from USB successfully , note that I used the dd command as described in the wiki.

Nvidia graphics? Add nomodeset to the kernel parameters.

no intel graphics , i have hp envy 15 u202ne laptop amd i'm tryin to install arch on it as main OS , but no luck booting from the latest ISO version ,i've tried adding edd=off , nomodset , acpi=off but nothing works .
