Crackling sound after boot but not after suspend

I'm using an Asus X555L laptop and ever since I installed Arch (half a year ago, I think), I've had this strange problem with my headphone.
After a normal boot the sound is terrible, but after a suspend the sound is ok. This problem only occurs with my headphone and not with my build-in speakers.
