[SOLVED] plasma 5.9.5: Could not find the program 'plasma-desktop'

After upgrading to plasma 5.9.5, my desktop environment has issues when starting :
At the KDE splash screen, the progress bar stops near the end and a messages box appears :

Sorry
Could not find the program 'plasma-desktop'

I click on the button OK, then the session starts fine.

Downgrading to 5.9.4 fixes the issue.

Yes.
I did some cleanup in  ~/.config/autostart.
