[Solved]Question about pyqt recognition of kde-unstable qt packages

I want to use pyqt5-common and python-pyqt5 with packages from [kde-unstable] but I noticed this requires a lot of rebuilds.
For example qt5-base 5.9.0beta2-2 just landed and now I have to rebuild again. I feel like I'm doing something wrong.
Should I edit pyqt-support-new-qt.patch     and include 5.9 ?

Re: [Solved]Question about pyqt recognition of kde-unstable qt packages

I'm going to respond to my own question since it was resolved the day after I posted this.
Editing https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/pack … ages/pyqt5 and adding 5.9 indeed solves needing to recompile the package all the time. It kind of seems obvious but I was wierded out by the fact that even though pyqt5 was compiled against 5.9 whithout editing that patch it would work with those 5.9 packages but not other small verions. { as in '-3' from zathura-pdf-mupdf 0.3.1-3 for example, I don't know what to call this}
