Seahorse Default Trust keyrings

After installing seahorse to manage Chromium keyrings I noticed that under the "Default trust" section there are some unknown certificates.

What are those certificates, are they safe and can I remove them. Under the unknown keyrings there are Skype certificates and Google's.
