I don't know about "PWG" files...

Where can you see filters for PWG files? Can you please show me a small screenshot?)

Why do you want a PWG file?

Re: How to convert a Postscript printer output to PWG raster output

CUPS will happily chain filters. In this case, the postscript output will possibly be fed through ps2pdf (in /usr/bin) and then through the pdf2raster filter. I'm not 100% sure but I believe that the gstoraster filter will work fine too, as the "gs" refers to ghostscript postscript interpreter.

To actually run the filters you may be better off using cupsfilter. The best documentation I know of for this utility is over on Debian's wiki.

To repeat drcouzelis's question, why do you want the raster output?

Re: How to convert a Postscript printer output to PWG raster output

$ pacman -Qo /usr/bin/ps2pdf
/usr/bin/ps2pdf is owned by ghostscript 9.21-2

I am still confused as to why you need to manually find the filters. What is your high-level goal? What is failing? What are you trying to achieve with this question?

i have to support host base printing. printer only understand pwg. my driver output is post script. now tell me how to convert ps to pwg raster .

Unless anyone else has any ideas I think it's up to you at this point - I've already pointed you to all the documentation I am aware of.
Alternatively, if you take the time to write up what you are doing I might be able to help further.
