Hi,
I updated arch linux yesterday and nemo stopped launching. I am running cinnamon on top of arch linux.
nemo version: 3.2.2-1
kernel version: 4.11.2-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT
On launching nemo from terminal, I get this message:
craterib% nemo
Error creating proxy: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.gtk.vfs.UDisks2VolumeMonitor: Timeout was reached (g-io-error-quark, 24)(nemo:2001): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_file_info_get_attribute_uint64: assertion 'G_IS_FILE_INFO (info)' failed
(nemo:2001): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_file_info_get_attribute_uint64: assertion 'G_IS_FILE_INFO (info)' failed
(nemo:2001): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_file_info_get_attribute_uint64: assertion 'G_IS_FILE_INFO (info)' failed
Nemo starts late after a minute or so but does not respond.
I use the following graphics card and driver:
VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210] (rev a2)
Subsystem: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Device 852d
Kernel driver in use: nouveau
What is the problem? What to do?

Hi,
The issue was with NFS mounted drives. After update, these drives were not mounting properly.
The NFS drives are mounted onto my tomato based netgear nighthawk R7000. My `/etc/fstab` has lines that auto-mount these drives. On commenting out these lines, nemo started working fine. I got the idea after looking at journalctl entries.
