[solved] How do I edit the Places menu (X11) in CLI?

The Places Menu in all my X11/XWindows apps still lists old Volumes. I use DWM manager with X11.

For examle, I'm in Chromium, and if I choose CTRL + o, I get the open file dialog window. On the left side is labeled "Places". This sidebar goes something like this:

----
Search
Recently used
----
[home]
Desktop
File System
[...]
[all the Volumes I've mounted in the past--19 items in all]

----
[Folders]
[...]
----

In what I call the Volumes section is a host of usb thumb drive names, shared drives, remote machines, etc, which at one point had folders in /mnt and were mounted volumes. I've since removed these folders and none of the volumes are loaded, I very much wish to remove these from the list--there's 19 items in this column and I'm tired of scrolling to get to my saved folders.

The +/- at the bottom is greyed out, and contextual-menu is also greyed out and unselectable.

How do I edit the Places menu to remove long-gone Volumes?
