I am currently using Thunar 1.6.11 and when I go to "Browse Network" I can open a remote location, but what happens is that it opens using the afp protocol (ew)...
Opening my remote location using samba works perfectly fine, but I have to manually type in the address..., how can I set it so that Thunar uses samba to open remote locations by default?
Thanks for any help!

After a reboot it seems that there has been more icons in Samba now...
The ones that are capitalized use the samba protocol to connect and the ones in normal cases use the apple protocol!

Marking as solved!
