Arch Still Dead, can't get it to work!!!

K. So I updated my kernel and forgot to run Lilo.

When I boot from the FTP/base CD, I type:

arch root=/dev/discs/disc0/part3

But then I cannot run lilo!! It can't find it! And the root is the CD, not my drive.

WHAT DO I DO?!?! THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!

I immediately ran:

vmlinuz root=/dev/discs/disc0/part3

And that worked. The advice in the other thread was incorrect.

glad you found the solution. looking at your init command it make s much more sense.
