[SOLVED] geany text editor markdown plugin not working.

Hi

I am using
Geany the text editor
geany    1.30.1-1    
geany-plugins 1.30-1    

The markdown plugin is not visible in the plugin manager, plugin's preferences  or anywhere in IDE and does not function if a *.md file selected.

This worked in past before and works in MS windows on latest release.
no error messages, nothing to go on.

Can anyone confirm this is a problem related to my system by checking your version if you use it?
Any ideas?

Update
I found a package in the AUR called geany-plugin-markdown 1.30-1
installed it and everything looks good now.
I will mark thread  as solved although the package should have been included in the plugins package from the main repo?

Edit update:
The markdown.so is missing from the file list of geanyplugins in main repo for some reason , will report ...
